Production — 04
From quarry face to threshold.
Six steps sit between a block underground and a surface underfoot. We keep every one of them close, so nothing is lost in translation.

Step 01
Selection
Blocks are chosen at the quarry face. Structure, colour, and veining are read in daylight, then documented.
Step 02
Sawing
Blocks are gang-sawn into slabs, typically 2 or 3 centimetres, with book-matched sequences kept together.
Step 03
Resining & Reinforcement
Where the stone requires it, slabs are resin-treated and fibre-backed for structural integrity in large formats.
Step 04
Finishing
Polished, honed, leathered or brushed to specification. Every finish is sample-approved before running the full lot.
Step 05
Matching & Layout
Slabs are laid out in sequence — book-matched, quarter-matched, or vein-continuous — to plan the installation before it happens.
Step 06
Delivery
Crated, tracked and delivered to site with lot documentation, so the installation team knows exactly what they're handling.
